It is Monday, and all I have heard is how bad, horrible, great and racist the last election was. First of all, if your person won be happy or if your person lost be sad. Just do not take it out on others. Protesting will not get you anything but your fifteen minutes is it the fifteen you want to be recorded for the rest of your life?
No matter what you think the sun has set and risen on every day since. People did not riot last time when we elected President Obama, nor did they riot over Bush, Clinton, Bush or Reagan.
You are rioting or protesting because your participation trophy was taken away and the other person who the media said had no way of winning did. Grow up and move forward, be a grown up and deal with it.
There will be growing and contracting pains, you still will get up and go to work, school and out to where ever. What you really need to understand is that this is how a democracy is run. Maybe they need to return the history books so that you understand just how many people have given their all to create what you enjoy now.
So put down your signs, quit trying to pick a fight (both sides!), learn how to support and understand you do not get what you always want. The Rolling Stones said it in song. Maybe one should take a listen, try to see why your party won or lost and work to improve your country until the next election.

Is is Saturday and we have ANTS! Yes your read it correctly ANTS, the end of February and the black ants are crawling through the kitchen for the hallway. Yikes, when did they wake up; I believe this is due to the lack of cold weather. El Nino has finally effected Fort Wayne, IN I really do not understand weather phenomena's or global warming. I just look at what is happening within our small area and start there.
People get caught up in what has happened through out the world and try to apply it to their specific area. I am not sure that what has happened in another point of the globe has a direct affect on the your global position. Believe in what is happening in front and around you, then go from there.
Science.
This brings me to the latest problem of trying to help out others by selling your old equipment online or through another source. I stated that the unit has issues and that I could not get it to power up. It was included with several other pieces to make the value more than it is worth.
I was purchased to the ask price and shipped. The person had read the advertisement and knew there could be issues with the unit. Although they expected it to work perfectly, I had stated it was not in working condition.
I do not understand why people have such a belief that anything they purchase is suppose to be as close to perfect.  Read the darn advertisement.
Enough of my complaining, it is what it is.
I am happy to see that people I have gone to school with and got to know are having exhibitions and showing in Fort Wayne. It gives me a great feeling that we can make a difference in the world and bring smiles and tears to those who visit and witness our work. It is a great thing.

In the world of radio right now the diversity of the northern Indiana stations is vast and small at the same time. Everything from talk to god radio, yes religious stations seem to be appearing more and more on the FM dial. Is this good or bad you may decide by listening for not.
On the brighter side of life, the snow has come and will be gone by the weekend. Yes and actual weather report that may or may not be true. Again you decide

I am rather frustrated at the moment, people seem to be rather apathetic at the moment. George Carlin was correct when he did the news and the hippy dippy weather man. It is everywhere and no one seems to care or give a damn.
You watch the media outlets today and they believe we should believe everything they say and if we turn the channel or switch feeds online you will be wrong. Why, because you did not listen to what they are saying, not about their content or the way that they view the question, statement, person, political statement, stock market, money, vast thoughts or just them vacillating about how someone is not doing what the current presenter's views as proper. Yes you did not place your pen down correctly, it should be over to the right.
Ridiculous, what they think is not what we should believe, but the establishment has determined that we cannot think for ourselves or as an individual anymore. We must be trained to think as everyone else and do not step out of line. Yes we may actually be going socialist and communist at the same time. But the changes are so subtle that no one notices due to the amount of strife and problems that have been heaped on your everyday existence. Is there hope I do hope so, and may see a small sliver of light breaking through the grey spew of the establishment.
Keep fighting.

     It has been a while since I have communicated with this medium. A lot has happened over the last couple of months. I now have a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree from the Visual Communication Department of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. It is a wonderful achievement for myself and I hope it inspires my children and friends that you are able to do anything you put your mind toward.

     Today I was told in a phone interview that I am to old for a job; yes I actually answered the question of how old are you? The answer is 54 years of age and after two more questions the interviewer informed me I had to much experience for the position. It was the most frustrating part of my day and of the job search so far. 

     As a former hiring manager I understand their position, just not the reasoning. But at least it was a phone interview. Another step in the forward movement of my search. In the mean time I am available for photographic workO

Fixing the sliding door!
After suffering through the flu and sinusitis I decided to start fall cleaning. I have been unable to concentrate on anything with my sinuses pressing against my brain all week. So when I have a small amount of clarity I have tried to act upon it. It has been rather hard this week. Small victories are what I am trying to accomplish.
Small victory #1 was that I got out of the house today but missed my client to work with him. I also am having large issues with my work in adobe premiere the last three weeks.

A new adventure has come my way. I am doing an internship in Photography and videography for a local Chiropractic and Wellness firm in Fort Wayne. This will be a labor of creativity,  imagination, skill and some luck to get this completed. I am looking forward to the challenge and to see if I am up to it.
It is amazing how video has supplanted photography, with the exception of the selfie craze. If you have a decent mobile phone then you might be a photographer in someone's eyes.

To days rant, or finished day will not be about anyone thing or person in general. It will go as it pleases.
The car is done, I forgot to give it extra bleed time on the nipple to get all of the air out.
Reconnected with some great friends this weekend and forgot how hard it was to keep everything together. It is amazing how clear this start to become when you are not polluting them with grade B narcotics in the form of Vicodin. We actually had a conversation and a very pleasant evening.

The bad part was that I also realize how hard it has been to come this far without my medications and how lucky I am to be here still. I am sure that someone would say that it is self actualization at is best, I cannot tell you. It is not anything that I am able to quantify with a reason or result. Just a gut feeling.
